Gen3 Performance Parts Aluminum VVT-Designed HEMI Bare Block - Water Version This G3PP aluminum block is designed for use in builds up to 1,800 BHP. Not only is this G3PP block stronger than the factory Hellcat, "BGE" and Demon/RedEye engine block, it also offers huge weight savings, too. This G3PP block is almost 80lbs lighter than the OEM cast iron block *Actual product may differ from photo Block Applications: The G3PP aluminum blocks are designed to be a direct replacement for the Hellcat and 6.4L Gen3 VVT HEMI applications. This block will also fit other 5.7L and 6.1L applications but will possibly need additional parts due to deck height and front cover/camshaft differences. Camshaft Location Standard Cylinder Bore Diameter 4.050” standard semi-finished bore, 4.185" MAX Deck Height Standard 6.2L Hellcat Deck Height Main Bearing Type Left Undersized, to be fitted by engine builder Main Cap Type Front and Rear 4-bolt Billet, 3 Center are 6-bolt billet. Engine Type ICE Product Type Engine Block Engine Block Material Cast Aluminum Main Studs: ARP 244-5400 Included. Torque specs on main studs are not the same as iron blocks. Sleeves: Sleeves are a replaceable, centrifugal cast ductile steel pressed in with a .001” to -.002” fit. Sleeves do not protrude into the water and are considered to be a DRY sleeve. Accepts 6.2L Hellcat, 6.4L and VVT 5.7L HEMI timing covers.
