Adapter Plates for 2003-2008 Gen III Hemi 5.7L Engines - Allow Usage of Gen III Hemi Hi-Ram on these Early Small Intake Port Engines. Early 2003-2008 5.7L Gen III Hemi engines had smaller intake ports & these adapters allow the installation of Intake manifolds w/ the larger ports to fit on these Early engines.
