SDPC Electric Fan Harness, 1999-2002 GM Truck/SUV

Remove the stock mechanical clutch fan assembly and replace it with an electric fan assembly. For use on 1999-2002 GM trucks/SUVs and OEM 2005+ fan assembly. Nelson Performance manufactures every harness we sell in their shop in San Antonio, Texas USA. Texans know heat and we know the amount of draw/load that heat puts on your engine! Don’t be fooled by inexpensive knock offs! All our electric fan harnesses are made in the USA. We use high-temp resistant TXL wiring that is rated at 260 degrees. NP harnesses come with (3) 50 amp high-quality relays with resistors. Our relay blocks are sealed with TPA retainers, meaning they are water/corrosion proof. All terminals are crimped using OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer-General Motors) tooling. All eyelet terminals are quality crimped and soldered. We use 8 gauge TXL power wires that are rated at 260 degrees. We now use a 60 amp J-case fuse with a water sealed case. This e-fan harness is for 1999 to 2002 GM truck/suvs that have a mechanical clutch fan and are wanting to convert to an ’05+ e-fan assembly using the wider 34″ radiator. Note: The majority of the 1/2ton trucks had the narrower 28″ wide radiator.
