SDPC "Stage 1" Camshaft for Gen III Hemi

SDPC has developed a line of camshafts intended to tap into the potential that Dodge left on the table. The stock 5.7 Hemi is no slouch but power falls off hard after 5000rpm. Our line of hemi camshafts will not only increase horsepower significantly, we will also have your 5.7 Hemi making power all the way through 6500rpm. "Stage 1" is our entry level camshaft. . .but don’t let that fool you! The Stage 1 cam idles smooth with a slightly audible cammed sound, and picks up power everywhere in the RPM range without sacrificing drivability. The 5.7 will not need a higher stall TQ converter with this camshaft. On our engine dyno we picked up 81 horsepower and 38 lb/ft of torque in an otherwise stock 5.7 Hemi. Not recommended for the 6.4l Hemi - This camshaft requires the MDS (Multi-Displacement System) to be removed and disabled. - It does require additional tuning that we do not provide! - This camshaft will require a valve spring upgrade!
