UMI Performance 1010 - 1979-2004 Ford Mustang Upper Control Arm Reinforcement

The Ford Mustang is well-known for its ability to produce high amounts of low end torque and incredible 60-foot times. It is also known for its weak rear control arm mounting points. The upper and lower rear control arm mounting points are the areas where the control arms attach to the under carriage of the vehicle. Over time these areas weaken, causing cracks, tears and irreversible damage, making upper and lower control arm reinforcements a must when racing and hard driving habits are present. The complete upper kit is designed to reinforce the upper control arm mounting points. Reinforcements of these areas are a must when running aftermarket control arms, polyurethane bushings and especially spherical rod ended control arms.
